Hey everyone. I've been looking for a used Sea Ray and stumbled upon Abita Motors. The prices seem really good, almost too good. I couldn't find a ton of reviews or info on Google, so I'm a bit hesitant. Has anyone here actually bought a vehicle or a boat from abitamotors.com? Wanted to check if they are a legit operation before I place a bid. Thanks.

You're good to go. I bought a 2021 Dodge Challenger from Abita Motors about six months ago. The car had a few minor scratches that were clearly shown in the photos, so no surprises there. The whole transaction was smooth. I'd definitely use them again.

Seconding what V8_Junkie said. AbitaMotors is one of the better online repo auction houses. I've picked up two project cars from them. Their website, abitamotors.com, has detailed inspection reports which are pretty accurate in my experience. Just manage your expectations, these are repossessed vehicles, not new cars off the lot.

I was super worried about the paperwork side of things, but it was painless. Got a 2020 Toyota Tacoma last year from Abita Motors. The best part was that the clear title was sent via FedEx and arrived two days after the truck was delivered. No liens, no stories. Really easy process.

The bidding is standard auction style. Pretty easy to figure out on their site abitamotors.com. My advice is to set your max bid and walk away, avoids getting emotional and overpaying lol. They have a decent FAQ section that explains it all.

My experience was mostly positive. The only issue I had was a small delivery delay; my Honda CR-V arrived on a Friday instead of the scheduled Wednesday. But the transport company kept me in the loop the whole time, so it wasn't a big deal. The car itself was in great shape. Overall, I was happy with Abita Motors.

That's common with any vehicle transport tbh, totally out of AbitaMotors's hands once the carrier picks it up. Glad it worked out for you!

We bought a Jayco Seneca RV from them this spring. The process was smooth and we saved a ton compared to a dealer. The family has been loving it. No complaints at all about our experience with Abita Motors.

I'm a mechanic. A customer of mine won a 2019 BMW X5 from abitamotors.com and brought it straight to my shop for a full inspection. I have to say, the car was exactly as described in their online report. The condition was solid, and the minor cosmetic flaws were all noted. I was impressed.

Just got my 2021 Subaru Outback from them! I was so nervous about buying a car sight-unseen but it all worked out. And I can't stress this enough - the title process was fantastic. I didn't have to do anything. The clear title arrived with all the official paperwork right in the glove box when the car was delivered. A huge weight off my shoulders. I'll definitely be checking AbitaMotors for my next car.

I had a question about one of the listings so I sent an email to their support address, office@abitamotors.com. It took them about a day to write back. Have to say, the guy on the phone was way more helpful when I just decided to call them directly. He answered everything right away. Moral of the story, just call if it's urgent.
